What you will be doing
- Übernimm die Designverantwortung für deine Projekte – vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung
- Berate unsere Kunden, kommuniziere deine Visionen und verteidige deine Designentscheidungen
- Sei ein Mentor für unsere Juniors und bringe aktiv deine Ideen in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Designprozesse ein
- Unterstütze unser Sales- und Marketing-Team bei der Gestaltung von Kommunikationsmitteln und Brand Assets
- Überzeuge in Pitches mit durchdachten Konzepten und Designs, mit echtem Wow-Effekt
- Arbeite an vielfältigen Projekten im Bereich Websites, Software und Mobile Apps
- Kommuniziere und orchestriere Konzepte und Anforderungen innerhalb cross-funktionaler Teams
We need you to have
Must-Have’s
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch – sicher in der Kundenkommunikation
- Abgeschlossenes Designstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld
- Erfahrung mit Projekten aus unterschiedlichen Branchen und Plattformen (B2C, B2B, Web, Mobile Apps)
- Teamplayer-Mentalität und Freude an der Arbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams
- Stark in der Gestaltung visuell ansprechender Designs / Websites / interaktiver Erlebnisse...
- Sehr stark in UI- und UX-Design - Methodik und Hands-On
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte als Design Lead durch alle Phasen des Produktentwicklungszyklus zu führen
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Design-Workshops und der Präsentation von Konzepten – klar, überzeugend und strategisch
- Experte in Figma, sicherer Umgang mit Webflow und der Adobe CS Suite
Selected Nice-to-Have’s
- Kenntnisse in HTML und CSS
- Motion Design Skills
- Erfahrung in der Methodik und Durchführung von Nutzerinterviews und Research
- Branding, Corporate und Print Design
